鼻内镜下腺样体切除术对儿童慢性鼻窦炎治疗和转归的影响

摘要：目的探讨腺样体切除术对儿童慢性鼻窦炎转归的影响。方法200206~200506该科对伴有腺样体肥大的98例慢性鼻窦炎的儿童实施鼻内镜下腺样体切除术，术后继续药物治疗鼻窦炎。结果术后1年随访，98例患者中，治愈79例，好转14例，无效5例，总有效率为94.9%。无并发症出现。结论腺样体切除术对儿童慢性鼻窦炎的治疗和转归起到良好的作用，适用于Ⅰ型，Ⅱ型1期，Ⅱ型2期鼻窦炎的儿童。关键词：慢性鼻窦炎； 腺样体切除术
The Effect of Nasal Endoscopy-assisted Adenoidectomy on Treatment and Prognosis of Chronic Sinusitis in Children

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of adenoidectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children. Methods98 children with chronic sinusitis and adenoid vegetation were made adenoidectomy in our department from June 2002 to June 2005, they were treated sequentially by drug after operation. ResultsAll 98 patients were followed up after one year, 72 cases were cured, 21 cases were improved, and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.9%. Complication wasn't discover among all patients. ConclusionAdenoidectomy is effective to treat pediatric chronic sinusitis, especially for pediatric chronic sinusitis of type Ⅰ,Ⅱ1,Ⅱ2. ......
