清开灵不同制剂的高效液相指纹特征比较

摘要：目的比较清开灵不同制剂的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法选择NUDEOSILC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，流动相(A)甲醇(B)0.5% 醋酸梯度洗脱，运行时间65 min，检测波长255 nm，测定清开灵注射液的指纹图谱。结果以黄芩苷作为参照峰，得出各色谱峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积。结论 清开灵不同制剂的指纹图谱相差较大，提示不同的生产工艺可能对其成分及含量有较大的影响。关键词：清开灵； 指纹图谱； 高效液相色谱

Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the fingerprint chromatogram of different preparations of Qingkailing Compound. MethodsHPLC with NUDEOSIL-C18 column was used,the mobile phase was (a) methanol,(b)0.5% acetate buffer and the detection wavelength was at 255nm.ResultsPeaks were indicated on the HPLCfingerprint of different preparations of Qingkailing Compound. The relative retention time and relative peak area were obtained with itself peak.ConclusionThe fingerprint chromatogram of different preparations of Qingkailing Compound are noticeably different, which indicates different manufacture technology affects ingredients and contents of Qingkailing preparations. ......
