     摘要：目的探讨复方黄芪肠宁颗粒的提取工艺。方法观察不同提取工艺制得的提取物，对溃疡性结肠炎模型小鼠经保留灌肠后体征变化及病理组织学变化。结果4种不同提取工艺的提取物都可改善模型小鼠的体征和病理组织学变化；工艺3效果最显著。结论工艺3为较优的提取工艺，即部分药材先用70%乙醇提取，药渣再与其余药材共水煎煮的提取工艺。

    Study on Extract Processes of Compound HuangQi ChangNing Granula

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the extract technology of compound HuangQi ChangNing granula.MethodsTo observe the physical signs and the pathological tissue change of ulcerative colitis mice given compound HuangQi ChangNing granula by different extraction technologies. ResultsAll the different extract compounds could improve the physical signs and the pathological tissue changes; the effect of technology NO.3 was better than that in other groups.ConclusionTechnology NO.3 was selected as the optimal extract technology.
