摘要：目的介绍糖尿病足溃疡三级预防网的实验方法。方法联合多学科的力量，将198例糖尿病患者分为3组，分别给予足溃疡发生前期、发生期、发生后期教育、治疗、护理干预并予以定期的检查和随访，观察足溃疡干预前后发生率。结果自我护理知识和合理治疗与足溃疡发生、发展密切相关。应尽早从缺血足开始干预。3组干预后血糖值均明显下降，以低危者最为显著，无1例发生足溃疡，高危者足溃疡发生率明显高于低中危者，但干预后显著下降。结论该方法重复性好，结果可靠，简便实用，注重糖尿病足溃疡早期教育、定期检查、合理治疗与护理各方面有机结合的重要性，可用于糖尿病足溃疡早期预防、控制。

    Establishment of a Method for Preventing Diabetic Foot Ulceration

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore effective methods of preventing diabetic foot ulceration. Methods198 diabetic patients at the mild, moderate and high risk of foot ulceration were divided into Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3, respectively. Nursing care and education were given. They were followed up for 12~15 months and observed for the prevalence of foot ulceration as well as blood glucose levels. ResultsAfter intervention, the blood glucose levels in three groups were markedly reduced, and the development of foot ulceration was significantly lowered. The outcome in Group 1 was better than that in other two groups. ConclusionThe ealier prevention and education were done, the better outcome would come out. It is crucial that the glucose level should be controlled and the feet should be cared for daily. ......
