肌松Ⅱ号胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床报道

摘要：目的观察肌松Ⅱ号胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法110例膝关节OA患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组(60例)口服肌松Ⅱ号胶囊和中药熏洗治疗，对照组(50例)仅用中药熏洗治疗，必要时行患肢制动或抽取关节腔积液。疗程1月，并观察了患者治疗前后关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节压痛、关节功能等变化。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为93.3%和88.0%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 肌松Ⅱ号胶囊是一种显效的治疗KOA的方法。关键词：膝骨性关节炎； 肌松Ⅱ号胶囊

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Jisong CapsuleⅡon osteoarthritis of knee joint (KOA). Methods110 cases were divided into Jisong group(60 cases, treated with Jisong capsuleⅡ) and the control group (50 cases, no special treatment) randomly. All cases were steamed and washed by Chinese medicine and were held in place or drawn liquid from cavum articular if necessary. The course of treatment was one month. Some symptoms and physical signs were observed before and after treatment. ResultsThe effective rate of the Jisong group and the control group was 93.3% and 88.0% respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). ConclusionJisong CapsuleⅡ is one of effective methods for knee joint OA with little toxic and side effect. ......
