肠康宁片中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺研究

     摘要：目的优化肠康宁中挥发油的β环糊精包合工艺。方法采用正交实验对β环糊精包合的主要工艺参数进行筛选，以包合物得率及包合物油率为指标，选定最佳工艺，并采用薄层色谱法和紫外分光光度法对包合物进行物相鉴别。结果肠康宁中挥发油的β环糊精包合工艺的最佳工艺为：采用机械搅拌法，肠康宁片挥发油与βCD包合物投料比为1∶8，加水量为10倍，包合温度30℃ ，搅拌时间1.5h。结论此工艺可提高制剂稳定性，方法简便易行，能适用于大生产。
