摘要：目的建立乳块消合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别乳块消合剂中橘叶、丹参、皂角刺、地龙；用高效液相色谱法对制剂中丹参素进行定量分析。结果定性鉴别分离度好，专属性强；丹参素的含量测定线性范围为0.106 7～1.067μg(r＝0.999 8，n=6),平均加样回收率为99.87%(RSD=1.73%，n=6)。结论所建立之方法可靠、准确、专属性强，可有效控制乳块消合剂的质量。

    Quality Standard for Rukuaixiao Mixture

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the quality standard for Rukuaixiao Mixture . MethodsPheretina,Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Gleditsia sinensis stings and Folium Citri were identified by TLC.Danshensu was determined by HPLC. ResultsThe characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The quantitative evaluation of thymol had the linear range of 0.1067～1.067μg (r＝0.9998, n=6).The average recovery of standard addition was 99.87%，and RSD was1.73%.ConclusionThe method is reliable,accurate and specific.It can be used for quality control of Rukuaixiao Mixture. ......
