薄层扫描法测定芪黄胶囊剂中黄芪甲苷的含量

     摘要：目的用薄层扫描法测定芪黄胶囊剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用1%羧甲基纤维素钠作黏合剂的硅胶G薄层版；以氯仿甲醇水(13∶6∶2)下层溶液为展开剂；λS=520 nm，λR =700 nm。结果黄芪甲苷在2.016～12.096 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 (r=0.999 1)，平均加样回收率为97.46%；RSD=2.68%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、准确、重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制。

    Determination of Astragaloside in Qihuang Capsules by TLCScanning

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo determine the content of Astragaloside in Qihuang Capsules by TLCScanning.MethodsSilica G in 1% CMCNa was used as the Solid phase and developed with ChloroformMethanolWater(13∶6∶2);λS=520 nm,λR =700 nm.ResultsAstragaloside showed a good linear relationship within a range of 2.016～12.096 μg(r=0.999 1). The average recovery was 97.46%,RSD was 2.68%(n=6).ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate,reliable and can be used as the quality control of this preparation.
