     [摘要] 为了改善现有临床实验室服务，笔者认为设立地区临床检验中心+卫星实验室的机构是一个很好的选择。通过医疗资源共享，可显著提高检验效率，使区域内整体检验质量得到保证，临床医护人员和患者得到最优化的服务，并能节省大量医疗经费。地区临床检验中心的设立实现了卫生管理者、医护人员、患者和检验人员多赢的最佳结果。
