摘要：目的介绍王氏砀贝梨膏的制备方法及疗效观察。方法 辨证处方分为砀贝梨膏Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方，并简介其传统及现今制备方法。治疗组165例，75例服Ⅰ方，90例服Ⅱ方，对照组70例服强力枇杷露。服药14 d后对比观察各组治疗前后咳嗽症状指标分值及比值。结果治疗组与对照组比较疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论王氏砀贝梨膏价廉效佳群众欢迎，具备深入研究及产业开发价值。关键词：王氏砀贝梨膏； 咳嗽； 砀山梨
The Preparing Methods and Curative Effect of Wangshitang Beili Gao

Abstract：ObjectiveTo present the preparing methods and curative effect of the Wangshitang Beili Gao.MethodsDialectial prescriptions were divided into TangbeiliGaoⅠ,Ⅱ prescriptions. In treatment group of 165 cases, 75 tookⅠprescription,90 tookⅡ.70 cases in control group took Qiangli pipa Lu. Cough symptom was compared among three groups 14 days after taking medicine.ResultsThe difference between the treatment group and the control group wasn't significant(P>0.05) .ConclusionWangshitangbeiligao is superior in price and curative effect,and it provides the value of further study and manufacture. ......
