摘要:目的:研究薄荷油β环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺。方法:用正交实验法研究配比、温度、时间三个因素对薄荷油β环糊精包合物的饱和水溶液法的制备工艺的影响,考察包合物的收率,并用TLC、显微影像验证包合物的形成。结果:最佳的工艺条件薄荷油2.5 ml,包合温度50℃,包合时间3.5 h。结论:此方法可用于制备薄荷油β环糊精包合物。关键词:薄荷油; β环糊精包合物; 正交实验; 薄层色谱法; 显微影像
Study on Preparation Procedure of βcyclodextrin Inclusion Compound for Pennyroyal

Abstract:Objective:To study optimum inclusion process for βcyclodextrin inclusion compound of Pennyroyal. Methods:The preparation procedure of βcyclodextrin inclusion compound of pennyroyal was studied by orthogonal test with 3 factors: Pennyroyal, temperature and time.The inclusion compound was proved by thin layer chromatography and microscope.Results:The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion compound were established as :pennyroyal 2.5 ml ,inclusion temperature was at 50℃ and for 3.5hr. Conclusion:The method can be used for preparation of the inclusion compound. ......
