摘要：目的寻找高效的大黄素制备方法。方法先水解蒽醌苷，然后用pH梯度萃取法分离，最后柱层析法。结果经波谱法鉴定所得结晶为大黄素。结论该方法是大黄中大黄素较好的制备方法。

    Study on the Preparation Method of Emodin

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo select efficient method for preparing emodin.MethodsHydrolyze the anthraquinone glycoside first and then separate them by PH gradient extraction ,and purify emodin by chromatography at last.ResultsThe crystal was determined as emodin by means of spectra.ConclusionThis is a good method to produce pure emodin from R.palmatum.
