摘要:目的优选抗感颗粒最佳提取工艺。方法以总黄酮和甘草酸的含量为考察指标,采用正交实验法对抗感颗粒的提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为:加水量为14倍,提取时间为1 h,提取次数为3次。结论 该工艺稳定性好,适合工业化生产。关键词:抗感颗粒; 提取工艺; 正交设计; 总黄酮; 甘草酸
Study on Process for Extraction of Kanggan Granule

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the optimum extraction technology of Kanggan granule. MethodsUsing the orthogonal design, the extraction technology were optimized by content determination of total flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid. ResultsThe best extraction condition was to soak the herbs in 14 times water and boil 3 times, each time for 1 hour. ConclusionThis process is stable and suitable for production.
