健脾导滞汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察

     摘要：目的观察健脾导滞汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法将98例病例随机分为治疗组62例，对照组36例，分别给子健脾导滞汤、匹维溴胺治疗4周，观察两组病例综合疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.32%，优于对照组77.78%(P<0.05)。结论健脾导滞汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者有较好的治疗作用。

    Clinical Trial of JianPiDaoZhi Decoction on Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of JianPiDaoZhi decoction on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(DIBS). Methods98 patients diagnosed as DlBS were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group (62 patients) was treated with JianPiDaoZhi decoction; the control group (32 patients ) was treated with Dicetel. After four weeks course of treatment, the clinical effect were observed. ResultsThe total efficiency of the treated group and the control group was 90.32% and 77.78%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionJianPiDaoZhi decoction has definite effect on DIBS. ......
