【摘要】 目的 了解长春市市售蔬菜寄生虫卵感染情况。方法 随机在长春市4个蔬菜市场采集10种蔬菜。每种蔬菜采集样本15份，每份200g，蒸馏水清洗，用标准筛分层过滤，洗液离心取底部沉渣镜检。结果 检查10种蔬菜，3种发现有蛔虫卵，3种发现有肝吸虫卵，6种发现有犬钩虫卵。150份标本中，36份阳性，阳性率为24%。其中韭菜感染率最高，依次是小白菜、葱。结论 长春市市售蔬菜总体感染率较高，居民生吃蔬菜有感染寄生虫的机会。

    Survey of vegetables infected with eggs of parasite on sale in Changchun city

    【Abstract】 Objective To know the infection information of vegetables with eggs of parasite on sale in Changchun city.Methods 10 kinds vegetables were collected in 4 vegetable markets in Changchun city randomly,15 samples were gathered for each kind vegetable and every sample weighed 200g on average.Washing each sample with distilled water,then filtrating them with standard screen and collecting the deposit at the bottom of the centrifuge tube,and testing them under microscope.Results The 10 vegetables were checked,the result show that:Ascaris lumbricoides were found in 3 ones,Clonorchis sinensis also in 3 ones,Ancylostoma caninum in 6 ones.In the total 150 samples,36 were positive,and the positive rate was 24%.Conclusion The infection rate of parasite in vegetables in Changchun city was high relatively,people have the chance to be infected by parasites if vegetables were eaten uncooked. ......
