     摘要：目的制定小儿肺炎合剂的质量标准。方法采用TLC对小儿肺炎合剂中麻黄、黄芩进行定性鉴别，利用薄层扫描色谱法对制剂中的盐酸麻黄素进行含量测定。结果在TLC色谱中均能检出麻黄、黄芩，含量限度盐酸麻黄素不少于0.150 mg/ml。结论所建立的方法简便可行，重复性好，结果稳定，准确，可作为控制小儿肺炎合剂质量的方法。
