[摘要] 目的 评估乳腺癌患者手术后生命质量。方法 采用参考有关文献自行设计的乳腺癌患者手术后生命质量调查表，对手术后不同生存期患者与年龄相似的健康人进行比较研究。内容包括生物学、社会学和心理学三个方面。结果 手术后初期的患者生命质量差，随着生存期延长，生命质量逐渐改善，生存期至3年后的患者生命质量与健康人已无差异性。结论 乳腺癌患者手术后初期尤其是术后1年内患者生命质量受到损害，有必要进行包括心理学在内的医学干预。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the quality of life in patients with breast cancer undergone operation.Methods The questionnaire was designed,including biologic,social and psychologic conditions,to evaluate the quality of life of the patients.Results In early stage after operation,the survival time was extended,the quality of life was improved,the health condition improved after three years compared with normal contrasts.Conclusion The quality of life of the patients after operation is improved in the early stage in the first years,psychological intervention should be performed. ......
