化痰降气胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗作用的内在机理研究

     摘要：目的：探讨化痰降气胶囊对实验性慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗作用的内在机理。方法：采用经鼻腔注入肺炎克雷伯杆菌反复感染复制慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠，实验分为对照组、模型组和化痰降气胶囊组。并用酶联吸附实验(ELISA)方法，测定各组大鼠支气管灌洗液肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)、白三烯(LTB4)水平。结果：模型组支气管灌洗液TNFα，LTB4水平较正常组显著升高(P<0.01)；化痰降气胶囊组支气管灌洗液TNFα，LTB4水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论：化痰降气胶囊可降低TNFα，LTB4的含量，控制慢性炎症反应。
