维心颗粒中挥发油β环糊精包合物的制备研究

     摘要:目的:研究维心颗粒中挥发油β环糊精包合物的制备方法并验证包合物的形成。方法:通过正交实验,考察温度、投料比、包合时间等因素对包合的影响,以包合率及收率的综合评分为指标,优选最佳工艺。采用UV和GC法对包合物进行验证。结果与结论:最佳工艺为:25℃,β环糊精与挥发油的比例为4∶0.6,包合30 min。包合前后的紫外图谱出现了明显变化,说明新的物相已经形成;通过GC验证,包合前后的化学组成没有明显变化。

    Study on Inclusion Compound of Volatile Oil βcyclodextrin in Weixin Granule

    Abstract:Objective:To study the preparation method of the inclusion compound of volatile oil βcyclodextrin in WeiXin Granule and test the formation of inclusion compound.Methods:The optimum process was studied by orthogonal design with score as markers. The inclusion compound was tested by UV and GC.Results & Conclusion:The optimum process : room temperature, 30 min, 4∶0.6 (βCD: volatile oil) . The different UV spectrum after being included by βCD showed that a new physical phase had formed between oil and βCD. The same GC spectrum showed that the chemical composition of oil did not change obviously after being included by βCD . ......
