【摘要】 目的 了解地方大学生入伍干部政治忠诚度的现状，为地方大学生入伍干部政治忠诚度的培养提供依据。方法 对某集团军大学生入伍干部和某军事院校大学生队(共280人)采用问卷调查、个别访问与会议座谈相结合的方式进行调查分析。结果 发现地方大学生入伍干部存在终极价值观模糊、政治价值观幼稚、集体主义弱化和牺牲奉献精神少等问题。结论 地方大学生入伍干部政治忠诚度的培养应当结合我军的特点和优良历史传统，着眼于地方大学生入伍干部的思想素质特点，运用政治心理学的有关原理，科学地选择培养方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the condition of political loyalty of the military officers who were university students enlisted. Methods Totally 280 military officers who were university students enlisted of some group army and some military college. Results The military officers who were university students enlisted were found some problemssuch as end value was faintness, the political value was immature, the collectivism weaken and offer a little etc.Conclusion To develop the military officers who were university students enlisted should combine the characteristics with the good history traditions of our army; fix attention on the characteristics of thought character of the military officers who were university students enlisted; make use of the relevant principle of the political psychology and choice scientific developmental methods. ......
