扣子七挥发油成分的研究

摘要:目的对扣子七挥发油成分进行研究。方法利用GCMS技术及计算机联用仪首次对其挥发油成分进行分析并鉴定。结果检出106个峰,共检出其中65个组分,已鉴定出36种化合物,其中倍半萜烯类及其含氧衍生物总含量分别占15.39%和9.22%,且以斯巴醇含量为最高;其次是2,5十八碳二炔酸甲酯、八氢1,4二甲基7甲基乙烯奥、4(14),11桉叶二烯、人参炔醇、4,11十四碳二烯-环氧醚,烷烃及甾酮类。结论 倍半萜烯类化合物为扣子七挥发油主要成分,斯巴醇可作为人参属植物中扣子七与其它植物的主要鉴别成分,含量较高的人参炔醇具有强的生物活性而对扣子七的进一步开发有重要的意义。关键词:扣子七; 气相色谱质谱联用; 挥发油

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the volatile oil constituents of Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. Var. major (Burkill) C. Y. Wu et K. M. Feng by GCMS. MethodsGC-MS.Results65 peaks were observed in its GCMS and 36 compounds were identified. The main constituents included sesquiterpenes and Spathulenol whose content accounted for 15.39% and 9.22% respectively and the content of spathulenol was found to be the highest. The contents of eudesma4(14),11diene, panaxynol , 2,5octadecadiynoic acid methyl ester, Alkanes and sterones were relatively high.ConclusionSpathulenol can be used to discriminate Panax japonicus from others among Panax Plants and panaxynol may be sufficient to further develop Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. Var. major (Burkill) C. Y. Wu et K. M. Feng. ......
