摘要:目的通过对15味中药材19种饮片中重金属元素铜的含量测定,建立和完善中药材中铜的分析方法。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS),电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICPAES)分别测定铜含量。结果AAS法的线性范围为0~2.5 μg/ml,r=0.999 6,回收率=91.66%,RSD=1.08%。19种药材中铜的含量范围26~55 μg/g。结论 AAS,ICPAES两种方法均较简便,稳定可靠,可以作为铜的检测方法。关键词:中药材; 铜; 原子吸收分光光度法; 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法
Determination of Copper Content in the Chinese Medical Herbs by Atomic Spectrometry

Abstract:ObjectiveThe copper analysis method for traditional Chinese medical herbs was established through determining the copper contents of 19 preparations of 15 Chinese medical herbs.MethodsThe copper content was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS)and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).ResultsThe calibration curve of AAS was linear over 0~2.5 μg /ml,r=0.999 6, the recovery was 91.66%,RSD=1.08%.The copper content of 19 preparations varied from 26 μg /g to 55 μg /g.ConclusionAAS and ICPAES are simple and accurate for the copper content determination. ......
