高效液相色谱—蒸发光散射测定杞黄颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量

     摘要：目的制定杞黄颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法用HPLCELSD法，Shim-pack C18ODS色谱柱，流动相乙腈-水(32∶68)，流速1.0 ml/min ；ELSD参数：漂移管温度40℃，气流压强：4.1Bar。结果回归方程为Y=1.614X+4.257 7，r=0.999 6，线性范围为2.036～7.635 μg。回收率为97.55%，RSD为2.02%。结论本研究建立的方法简便、可靠、准确，可以作为杞黄颗粒的质量控制方法。
