摘要：目的与方法：探讨舒郁宁神活血汤治疗中风后抑郁症的疗效。选择中风后抑郁症患者90例，均经临床、头CT或MRI证实，随机分为舒郁宁神活血汤治疗组(中药组)30例，百忧解治疗组(西药组)30例，应用基础治疗组(对照组)30例。分别观察用药4周和用药8周后临床疗效，以及HAMD评分和ADL评分变化。结果与结论：舒郁宁神活血汤是治疗中风后抑郁症的有效药物，同时具有安全性且无副作用。

    Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Post-apoplectic Melancholia Patients by Shuyuningshenhuoxuetang

    Abstract： Objective and Method： To approach the efficacy of shuyuningshenhuoxuetang for treating post-apoplectic melancholia. Ninty stroke patients who were confirmed by head CT or MRI, were randomly averagely divided into treatment、control and contrast groups. and after treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks , an evaluation was made by means of HAMD scale and ADL scale. Result and Conclusion: Shuyuningshenhuoxuetang has a marked effect to post-apoplectic melancholia and at the same time, it is very safety for the body and has little side effect. ......
