[摘要] 目的 总结大批伤员在急诊室救护的组织与管理经验。方法 对3起道路交通事故的救护过程进行回顾性分析总结。结果 3起事故的救护都在严密的组织与管理下有条不紊地进行,所有病例均在抵达急诊室15～60 min内完成初步的抢救或处理，总抢救成功率96.2%。结论 急诊室对大批伤员的救护要达到高效、有序，组织管理机构起着至关重要的作用，全院各部门的充分协调、全面协作是抢救成功的重要保障。

    [Abstract] Objective To summarize the experiences of the organization and administration in giving first-aid to the wounded of great crowd in emergency ward.Methods To analyze by reviewed 3 traffic accidents with 79 wounded had been given first-aid in our emergency ward.Results All cases had been managed and treated within 15～60 minutes after they arrived emergency ward,under the strictly organized and administrated.The total rescue success rate is 96.2%.Conclusion To achieve the high efficiency and sequence on the first-aid to the wounded of great crowd in the emergency ward,the organization had brought into very important effect.The important ensure of rescue success is coordination with the all department of the hospital. ......
