鼠曲草中黄酮类化合物的微波辅助提取研究

摘要:目的应用微波法提取鼠曲草中的黄酮类化合物。方法采用单因素实验\正交实验,研究了乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波作用时间、微波功率对鼠曲草黄酮提取量的影响规律。结果微波提取法的最佳工艺条件为微波作用时间5 min,乙醇体积分数15%,料液比1∶60(g/ml),微波功率700W。在此参数组合条件下,黄酮提取率为4.72%。结论 与传统溶剂法的对比实验表明,微波法不仅节省时间,而且提取效率高,是一种快速、高效、节能的新型提取工艺。关键词:鼠曲草; 黄酮类物质; 微波辅助提取
Microwave-Assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from Chapha liumaffine D. Don

Abstract:ObjectiveA novel extraction process of flavonoids from Chapha liumaffine D. Don by microwave-assisted extraction was tested.MethodsThe single experimental factor, such as microwave power, percent of ethanol volume, microwave treating time, ratio of solid to liquid was studied. Then, the optimum parameters were obtained by orthogonal test.ResultsThe optimum parameters were the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶60(g/ml), microwave treating 5 min, the microwave power ration 700W, percent of ethanol volume 15. The extraction rate of flavonoids was 4.72% at the optimum parameters.ConclusionCompared with the traditional soluent extraction, microwave-assisted extraction for chapha liumaffine D.Don flavonoids has the characteristics of shorter extract time and higher efficiecy and the cost is low. ......
