     摘要：目的研究复方洋参汤(CPQD)对荷瘤小鼠化疗后非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法荷瘤小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cy)后灌服不同剂量复方洋参汤，然后测定外周血白细胞计数及胸腺、脾脏的重量，并用t检验进行组间差异比较。结果CPQD可减轻Cy对造血系统的抑制，加速外周血白细胞的恢复。复方洋参汤在一定剂量可对抗Cy对免疫器官的减重作用，使脾脏、胸腺的重量恢复至Cy使用前的水平。结论 CPQD可增强荷瘤小鼠化疗后非特异性免疫功能。

    Effect of Complex Panax quinquefolium Decoction on Nonspecific Immune Response of Mice after Chemical Therapy

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study effects of Complex Panax quinquefolium decoction (CPQD) on nonspecific immune response of mice with tumor after chemical therapy. MethodsTo feed mice with CPQD in different doses after injecting with Cyclophusphamide (Cy), then kill and anatomize mice to count the number of white blood cells and to weigh thymus glands and spleens. Dealing with experimental data by T-test. ResultsCPQD might alleviate the inhibition of Cy on hematopoietic system and enhance the restoration of white blood cells. At certain dose, CPQD could keep the weight of the thymus gland and spleen.ConclusionCPQD can reinforce nonspecific immune response of mice with tumor. ......
