【摘要】 丙型肝炎是由丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus, HCV )感染而引起的严重威胁人类健康的传染病,目前还没有研制成功有效的疫苗。HCV-E1包膜糖蛋白是HCV的结构蛋白之一,具有重要的受体结合位点和抗原表位,在病毒感染和宿主免疫过程中起着十分重要的作用。其分子和功能特性的研究对HCV预防和治疗的研究有重要意义。近年来, 有关E1蛋白在机体的免疫应答及其在疫苗研制方面的作用取得了一定的进展, 本文就此做一综述。【关键词】 丙型肝炎;丙肝病毒;包膜蛋白E1;疫苗

【Abstract】 Hepatitis C,caused by hepatitis C virus(HCV),is an important infectious disease threatening human health,and at present,there are no vaccines available for preventing HCV infection.The E1 envelope protein is one of the structural protein of HCV,having important receptor binding site and epitope,it play important role in the process of viral infection and immunity.The study of molecular and functional character is significance for development of prophylactic and therapeutic vaccines against hepatitis C virus.Recent years,knowledge of the E1 protein,immune response in the organism,as well as the study of vaccine,has progressed substantially.Here the advances of studies on the E1 protein are reviewed. ......
