癫痫患儿生活质量及家庭干预效果评价

摘要： 目的 研究癫痫患儿生活质量、影响因素并评价家庭干预的效果。方法 对象为4～18岁癫痫患儿506人。生活质量量表采用癫痫患儿生活质量问卷，父母焦虑测量采用综合医院焦虑抑郁情绪测定量表。结果 癫痫患儿生活质量与正常对照在许多方面差异有统计学意义(P<005)。偏相关分析显示，患儿生活质量与父母焦虑、抗癫痫药数量、首次发作年龄、发作频率和病程等呈显著相关(P<005)。患儿生活质量及各分项在干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>005)。结论 癫痫患儿生活质量与正常对照差别明显；父母焦虑是影响癫痫患儿生活质量的重要因素；家庭干预是改善患儿生活质量的一种手段。关键词： 儿童；癫痫；家庭干预；生活质量
