舒康凝胶与甲硝唑联合治疗细菌性阴道病临床疗效观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨应用舒康凝胶联合甲硝唑在治疗细菌性阴道病中的临床疗效。方法 将细菌性阴道病病人148例随机分为试验组、对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ，分别应用舒康凝胶联合甲硝唑及单用二者治疗。结果 试验组与对照组相比较治疗有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)，起效时间和复发率差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 应用舒康凝胶与甲硝唑联合治疗细菌性阴道病即阴道生态疗法是治疗细菌性阴道病的快速、有效，不易复发且总疗程短的极佳治疗方法。[关键词] 舒康凝胶；甲硝唑；细菌性阴道病
