摘要:目的为一枝黄花全草提供新的直接鉴别方法。方法利用FT-IR光谱法分析了一枝黄花全草的红外光谱,对红外光谱的峰形进行了归属分析。结果红外光谱的特征吸收均能达到分类鉴别、种类认定的目的。结论 该方法具简便、快速、不需对样品分离提取等特点,为鉴别一枝黄花全草提供了重要依据。关键词:傅里叶变换红外光谱; 一枝黄花
An FTIR Spectrum Analysis of the Herbal Medicine Soldago decurrens Lour

Abstract:ObjectiveTo offer a new direct method for the identification of Soldago decurrens Lour.MethodsAn IR spectrum analysis of the whole part of Soldago decurrens Lour was measured. A category-based analysis of the peak shape of infrared spectrum was conducted.ResultsThe category of plant drugs may be firmly identified through their respective IR characteristic absorption spectrum.ConclusionFT-IR is proved to be a simple, rapid and nondestructive method for the identification of Soldago decurrens Lour.
