     摘要：目的：观察苦碟子对糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的影响。方法：检测经苦碟子治疗前、后22例糖尿病肾病患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白及尿β2微球蛋白。结果：治疗后各检测指标显著下降，与治疗前比较有显著性差异。结论：苦碟子是防治糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的有效药物。

    Effect of Kudiezi Injection on Urinary Protein Due to Diabetic Nephropathy Type Ⅱ

    Abstract:Objective:To probe into the therapeutic effect of Kudiezi injection on the urinary protein due to diabetic nephropathy.Methods: The changes of urinary protein in 24 hours, urinary microprotein and β2M before and after treatment were observed.Results:The urinary protein in 24 hours, urinary microprotein and β2M significantly decreased after treatment.Conclusion: Kudiezi Injection is an effective prescription for the prevention and treatment of urinary protein due to DN.
