     摘要：目的对小叶锦鸡儿石油醚提取物进行化学成分研究。方法用溶剂法提取，硅胶柱层析法分离得到化合物，通过理化鉴别和光谱法分析化学结构。结果石油醚提取物中分离得到3个单体化合物并确定了其结构。结论化合物(1)(2)(3)分别为黄葵内酯，二十四烷酸，β谷甾醇。化合物(1)首次在锦鸡儿属植物中分离得到，化合物(2)(3)首次在小叶锦鸡儿中分离得到。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extract fraction from Caragana microphylla Lam. MethodsThe petroleum ether extract fraction of Caragana microphylla Lam.was extracted by solvent extraction and isolated by the gel column chromatography. Physiochemical properties and spectrum analysis were used to identify the chemical ingredients and elucidate their structure. ResultsThree compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extract fraction of Caragana microphylla Lam.ConclusionThey were identified as ambrettolide(CJM1) ......
