【摘要】 目的 探讨精神分裂症患者子女与正常人群子女的行为问题及相关影响因素。 方法 采用Achenbach儿童行为量表和自编“家庭环境调查问卷”对86例精神分裂症患者子女(研究组)和86例正常人群子女(对照组)进行评定分析。 结果 研究组行为问题显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)；研究组家庭父母关系、亲子关系差，父母文化程度低，教养方式差，且与对照组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 精神分裂症患者子女行为问题较多，主要与遗传、心理及家庭环境等因素有关。【关键词】 精神分裂症；子女；行为问题
Behavior problems and its correlated factors in children of schizophrenics

【Abstrct】 Objective To explore the behavioral problems and the related factors in children of schizophrenics. Methods Assessments were conducted in 86 children of schizophrenics(research group) and the 86 ones of health adults(control group) with the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL/4~16) and the Selfmade Home Environment Questionnaire(SHEQ). Results The rates of behavioral problems in the research group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01); in the research group, the parents′ and parentchild relationship was poorer ,parents′ educational level lower and educational way poorer, and which had very significant difference from the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The children of schizophrenics have more behavioral problems which are mainly related to heredity, psychological and homeenvironmental factors. ......
