【摘要】 目的 调查清楚引起手术切口感染暴发流行的原因，采取切实可行的措施降低和控制手术切口的感染。方法 现场调查某科住院病例，并对环境物品消毒灭菌效果监测。结果 36例手术患者中有8例手术患者表浅切口感染，1例手术患者深部切口感染。罹患率为25%。各类环境及物品消毒灭菌效果监测合格率为97.82%。结论 外科医生加强患者支持治疗，积极做好术前准备，重视手术技巧，保护好无菌创面，在手术和换药中严格无菌操作；提高病原学送检率，微生物室应开展厌氧菌、需氧菌、L型菌等培养，以尽早使用敏感的抗菌药物控制手术切口的感染，从而控制和降低手术切口的感染。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the cause of operation cuts infection clearly.Methods Combine view for inpatients with monitor the effect of sterilize environment.Results From 36cases,8 cases cuts were infected in the surface.One case cut was infected in the depths.The rate of infection was 25%.The qualified rate of good baterium was 97.82%.Conclusion Surgeon strengthen surpport treatment to patients,get ready for operation positively,stress on operation skills.Protect aseptic cuts,aseptic openate and change dressings strictly.Improve the rate of mesursment about aetiology.Use of sensitive antibbiotic to control cuts infection as early as possible.So at to control and reduce cuts infection. ......
