摘要:目的比较化橘红胎和化橘红皮的脂溶性化学成分。方法应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对化橘红的皮和胎的脂溶性化学成分进行分析。结果化橘红胎中挥发油的数量和相对含量比化橘红皮明显增多,尤其是柠檬烯。结论挥发油含量较高可能就是化橘红胎疗效优于化橘红皮的原因。关键词:化橘红胎; 化橘红皮; 脂溶性学成分; 气相色谱-质谱联用技术
The Comparison of Lipophilic Compounds of Fruit and Peel of Citrus grandis Tomentosa by GC/MS

Abstract: A GC/MS method was developed to compare lipophilic compounds of fruit and peel of Citrus grandis 'Tomentosa'. The results showed that there was more essential oil in fruit, and there were more alkyl, rgost5en3ol, stigmast5,22dien3ol[3.β.22E],stigmast5,22dien3ol[3.β.24S],2,6,10,15,19,23hexamethyl2,6,10,14,18,22tetracosahexaene in the peel.
