奎硫平与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者的疗效及生活质量对照研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨奎硫平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。 方法 将90例精神分裂症患者随机分为奎硫平组和氯氮平组，每组各45例。两组疗程均为3 mo。于治疗前和治疗3 mo末采用潘氏量表及生活质量综合问卷评定临床疗效和生活质量。 结果 治疗3 mo末两组疗效相当，奎硫平组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态改善优于氯氮平组(P<0.05)。 结论 奎硫平和氯氮平对精神分裂症的疗效相当，但在提高患者生活质量方面，奎硫平优于氯氮平。【关键词】 精神分裂症；潘氏量表；生活质量问卷；奎硫平；氯氮平；
Control studies on the curative effect and influence of quetiapine and clozapine on quality of life of schizophrenics

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of quetiapine and clozapine on efficacy and quality of life in schizophrenia. Methods 90 schizophrenics were randomly divided into quetiapine(n=45) and clozapine(n=45)group for 3 months. Clinical effectiveness and quality of life were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and the Generric Quality of Life Inventory74(GQOLI74) before treatment and at the end of 3rd month of treatment ,respectively. Results At the end of 3rd month, two groups showed therapeutic equivalence, the improvements of somatic, psychological and social function as well material life was better in the quetiapine than in the clozapine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Quetiapine has therapeutic equivalence to clozapine in schizophrenia and could improve patients’ quality of life better. ......
