摘要：目的建立驴胶补血颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,蒸发光散射检测器，色谱柱采用安捷伦C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)柱, 乙腈水(37∶63)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml,柱温为40℃, 漂移管温度105℃；载气流速为2.7 ml·min-1。结果结果表明黄芪甲苷进样量在2.505~12.525 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 1,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.54%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,准确，重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。关键词：高效液相色谱蒸发光散射法； 驴胶补血颗粒； 黄芪甲苷
Determination of Astragaloside in Lvjiaobuxue Granule by HPLC-ELSD

Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragaloside in Lvjiaobuxue Granule.MethodsWith Agilent XDB C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) , acetonitrile-water(37∶63) was used as the mobile phase, the temperature of drift tube was 105℃.ResultsThe linearity was obtained from 2.505~12.525 μg(r=0.999 1).The average recovery was 100.1% with RSD=0.54%(n=6).ConclusionThe method is sensitive ,simple ,specific and accurate for determination of astragaloside in Lvjiaobuxue Granule.
