【摘要】 目的 目前临床上常用的检测血清降钙素原(Procalcitonin PCT)的方法:半定量免疫色谱法(PCT-Q)和定量发光免疫分析法(PCT-L),我们的实验目的是比较这两种方法的一致性,更好地为临床诊断、治疗服务。方法 73份人血清标本,分别采用PCT-Q和PCT-L两种方法检测PCT含量。PCT-Q检测结果将样本浓度分为四个级别,即:<0.5 ng/ml、≥0.5<2 ng/ml、≥2<10 ng/ml和≥10 ng/ml。一致性用Cohen’s统计获得。结果 65.8 %样本PCT-Q与PCT-L的检测结果在同一级别,27.4 %样本检测结果上或下相差一个级别,一致性检验k=0.506,符合尚好。结论 虽然利用 PCT-Q检测血清PCT浓度快速并简单易行,但PCT-Q与PCT-L的检测结果并不总是一致的,对于有疑问或要求监测治疗的病例,PCT-L仍是首选的检测方法。【关键词】 降钙素原;半定量;免疫色谱法;发光免疫分析法
Comparison of serum procalcitonin test between immunochromatograph and immunoluminometry

【Abstract】 Objective The coherence comparison of serum procalcitonin (PCT) between two methods: the semi -quantitative solid phase immunoassay(PCT-Q)and the quantitative luminometric assay(PCT-L). Methods Seventy three samples were analyzed with PCT-Q. Results obtained were categorized into 4 concentration ranges : <0.5 ng/ml、≥0.5<2ng/ml、≥2<10 ng/ml和≥10ng/ml. In parallel, serum procalcitonin concentrations were measured with PCT-Q as a standard . The data of PCT-Q and PCT-L were analysied with Cohen’s k as a measure of concordance.Results 65.8% of samples were consistently categorized according to the results of PCT-Q and PCT-L . 27.4% of samples were categorized within the next higher or lower concentrations category in the methods . Cohen’s kvalue is 0.506. Conclusion PCT-Q was a quick and easy handle methods for serum PCT measurement. However the results of PCT-Q were not always identical comparison to the PCT-L. So PCT-L was a good choice for questionable cases and the monitoring of treatment. ......
