     摘要：目的探讨合理的创伤急救模式。方法回顾性分析1998~2005年近7年创伤救治模式和结果。结果急救部已形成高、中、低级合理的80余人的人才队伍及创伤急救、ICU、麻醉等分组。拥有救护车、呼吸机、C臂X线机、血气分析仪等抢救设备，开展头、胸、腹、四肢、脊柱、骨盆、血管、手部伤及多发伤的确定性手术和ICU治疗，取得满意效果。结论急救、手术、ICU一体化救治，提高了创伤急救医疗水平，获得了较好的疗效。

    Discussion on the managing mode of trauma with combined resuscitation,operation and ICU treatment in emergency division

    Abstract： Objective To review the management of emergency division and to discuss the managing mode of trauma.Methods To summarize the organization of personnel,arrangement of instruments in emergency division,and the development of trauma care.Results The division has suitable personnel constitution,ambulance,respirator,Cshaped Xray machines,and other emergency instruments;has undertaken operative management on the trauma of head,thorax,abdomen,extremities,blood vessels,multiple injuries,and ICU care.The effect is satisfactory.Conclusion Performing resuscitation,operation and ICU in emergency division can improve management of trauma,and obtain better results. ......
