     摘要：目的制备健肾颗粒，并建立质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法，鉴别黄芪、熟地、补骨脂和菟丝子4味药。结果黄芪、熟地、补骨脂、菟丝子薄层色谱斑点清晰。结论健肾颗粒制备工艺合理，质量控制方法可行。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study preparation and establish the quality control methods of Jianshen Granules.MethodsThe drug was identified by TLC .ResultsThe chromatographic spots of the four ingredients were distinct.ConclusionPreparation procedures of Jianshen Granules were rational.These methods could be used for the quality control of Jianshen Granules.
