摘要：目的研究决明子水提物对D-半乳糖所致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法50只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、大剂量给药组、小剂量给药组、阳性对照组5个组。给药组按10，5 g/kg剂量；阳性对照组按0.2 g/kg联苯双酯灌胃；正常组、模型组以等体积生理盐水灌胃，共5 d。第4天，模型组和给药组按0.5 g/kg剂量腹腔注射D-半乳糖，正常组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水。腹腔注射D-半乳糖24 h后，摘眼球取血，用比色分析法测定大鼠血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、丙氨酸转氨酶(AST)的活性，血清、线粒体超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果决明子水提物显著降低因D-半乳糖所致急性肝损伤大鼠血清ALT的升高；对急性肝损伤大鼠血清SOD，GSH-PX的活性有明显的升高作用及降低MDA的含量。结论决明子水提物对D-半乳糖所致大鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用。关键词：决明子； 决明子水提物； 肝损伤； 大鼠
Protective Effects of Semen Cassiae Aqueous Extract on Acute Hepatic Injury Induced by D-galactoasmine in Rats

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the protective effects of Semen Cassiae aqueous extract on acute hepatic injury induced by D-galactoasmine in rats.Methods50 rats were randomly divided into nomal group, model group, low and high dosage group and Biphengldimethylesteratis group. In test group, the Semen Cassiae aqueous extract were perfused to be into stomach for 5 days. Qn the fourth day, the D-galactoasmine 0.5 g/kg were injected into peritoneum in test groups one time to induce the models of acute liver lesion. The activities of aspartate transaminase(AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT) were measured by full-automatic biochemical instrument, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione perioxidase (GSH-PX), and the content malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured by colorimetric analysis.ResultsSemen Cassiae aqueous extract significantly reduced D-galactoasmine inducing acute hepatic injury by decreasing ALT and AST in serum; the activities of SOD, GSH-PX in test group were higher than that of model group in serum and liver mitochondria.ConclusionSemen Cassiae aqueous extract have protecting effects for rats acute hepatic injury by D-galactoasmine. ......
