[摘要] 目的 分析颅脑外伤基底池受压患者血清心肌肌钙蛋白I的变化。方法 对颅脑外伤急性期出现基底池受压的患者进行血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(CTnⅠ)监测，并与无基底池受压患者进行比较。结果 基底池受压组血清CTnⅠ呈阳性反应的病例数明显高于无基底池受压组，而且血清CTnⅠ值也明显高于无基底池受压组。结论 基底池受压的颅脑外伤患者急性期更易出现急性心肌损害。
