银翘散的高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

     摘要：目的建立银翘散的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法采用梯度洗脱法对银翘散进行HPLC测定，流动相为0.05%磷酸-甲醇梯度洗脱，流速为0.8 ml·min-1，检测波长为279 nm。结果运用梯度洗脱能较好的分离银翘散水煎提取物的主要成分；经方法学考察，HPLC指纹图谱具有良好的重现性：10个不同地区的样品中18个特征指纹峰有专属性。结论建立的银翘散HPLC指纹图谱分析法为银翘散及其制剂的质量的评价奠定了基础。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the HPLC-FPC of YinQiaosan.MethodsThe gradient elution was adopted elution with methanol and-0.05%phoshoric acid, the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1,and the detection wavelength was at 279 nm.ResultsThe constituents of YinQiaosan were well separated on HPLC and the HPLC-FPC of 10 batches of samples was established. The results showed that this method had a good repeatability and the 18 common peaks had an exclusive properties. ConclusionThe method developed can supply the foundation for the quality evaluation of YinQiaosan and relative substance conveniently. ......
