摘要:目的观察头顶一颗株注射液对快速老化大鼠学习记忆能力及血、肝、肾、海马、脑皮质抗氧化酶的影响。方法采用氟哌啶醇造成实验大鼠获得性记忆缺失动物模型,用电跳台法观察对照组、模型组、头顶一颗株注射液高、中、低剂量组大鼠行为学变化,测定各组大鼠血及肝、肾、海马、脑皮质等组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量。结果与模型组比较头顶一颗株注射液各剂量组能维持实验大鼠学习记忆成绩,多种组织SOD,GSH-Px 显著升高,高、中剂量组作用尤其明显(P<0.01)。结论头顶一颗株能够改善氟哌啶醇致快速老化大鼠学习记忆能力,其作用与增强抗氧化酶的表达有关。关键词:头顶一颗株; 学习; 记忆; 抗氧化酶; 超氧化物歧化酶; 谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶
Effects of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim on Learning and Memory and Anti-oxidase in Rats

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim injection on the learning and memory and on the expression of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in serum, liver, kidney, hippocampus, cortex of aging rats.MethodsRats were randomly divided into five groups, control group, model group, Trillium tschonoskii maxim injection small dose group, middle dose group and large dose group. Rat model of acquired memory deficiency induced with haloperidol was employed. Electricity stimulated jumping stand was used for observation on rat behavior change and meanwhile concentrations of SOD and GSH-Px in different organs of the animal were detected.ResultsIn contrast with model groups, Trillium tschonoskii maxim injection at different dosage could maintain learning and memory, significantly increase the concentrations of SOD and GSH-Px in different tissue of the rats.(P<0.01;P<0.05).ConclusionTrillium tschonoskii Maxim can improve learning and memory ......
