摘要:目的研究美味猕猴桃根提取物对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法分别采用CCl4和D-半乳糖胺作为化学毒物制成急性肝损伤模型,采用赖氏法测定各组动物血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性,并测定肝匀浆MDA含量。结果CCl4肝损伤模型组和D-半乳糖胺肝损伤模型组小鼠的血清ALT和AST均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01), MDA含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),表明CCl4和D-半乳糖胺均造模成功。CCl4造模实验中美味猕猴桃根提取物高剂量组较模型组血清ALT和AST活性明显降低(P<0.01),肝脏MDA含量明显降低(P <0.01),而在D-乳糖胺造模实验中美味猕猴桃根提取物中剂量组较模型组血清AST明显降低(P<0.01),肝脏MDA含量降低(P<0.05),低剂量组较模型组ALT﹑AST活性和MDA含量均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论美味猕猴桃根提取物对小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。关键词:美味猕猴桃; 肝损伤; 四氯化碳; D-半乳糖胺
Protective Effect of Roots of Acitinidia delicilsa Against acute Hepatic Injury in Mice

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the protective effect of roots of Acitinidia delicilsa against acute hepatic injury.MethodsChemical liver injury models were made by D-galactosamine and Carbon tetrachloride and ALT,AST activities and MDA were detemined.ResultsSerum ALT and AST levels in model mice were markedly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01),MDA content was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01),indicating successful model creation Comored with the model group, high and middle dosage of roots of Acitinidia delicilsa could signtficantly inhibit the increase of activities of ACT and AST in serum and MDA content in hepatic tissue induced by CCl4. Howerer only low dosage of the drug could decrease the levels of ALT, AST in serum and MDA in hepatic tissue induced by D-galactosamine, the middle dosage group could only decrease the level of AST in serum and MDA in liver.ConclusionRoots of Acitinidia delicisa has a good protective effects on acute hepatic injury in mice , its rapeutic mechanism is related to the antioxidation. ......
