摘要:目的建立通脉降脂颗粒剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层层析(TLC)法对通脉降脂颗粒中的姜黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、大黄素、芦荟大黄素进行定性鉴别,高效液相色谱(HPLC)法定量测定姜黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、大黄素的含量。结果用C18柱,流动相为甲醇水乙酸(77∶22∶1),检测波长为428nm,测定结果的线性关系良好。姜黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、大黄素的平均回收率分别为97.75%,96.65%,97.79%,97.17% 。结论采用高效液相色谱法对通脉降脂颗粒进行质量控制,方法简便,准确,重复性好。关键词:通脉降脂颗粒; 姜黄素; 大黄酸; 大黄酚; 大黄素; 高效液相色谱法
Study on Quality Standard for Tongmai Jiangzhi Granule

Abstract:ObjectiveThe quality standard of Tongmai Jiangzhi Granule has been established. MethodsTLC was used to identify curcumin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, aloe-emodin. HPLC was used to determine the contents of curcumin, rhein, emodin, and chrysophanol. ResultsThe linear relation was excellent for determination with C18 column methanol-water-acetic acid (77:22:1) as mobile phase. The average recoveries of curcumin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol were 97.75%,96.65%,97.79% and 97.17%, respectively. ConclusionThe methods are available with a good reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of Tongmai Jiangzhi Granule. ......
