[摘要] 目的 探讨腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉(CSEA)在经皮穿刺125I植入治疗前列腺癌中的临床价值及可行性。方法 手术患者40例，年龄58～81岁，平均73.5岁，ASA Ⅱ～Ⅳ级。随机分为CSEA组(A组) 和EA组(B组)，每组20例，A组蛛网膜下隙注入布比卡因7.5 mg，平卧测麻醉平面，在硬膜外逐加2%利多卡因达麻醉平面T8，B组常规用药麻醉平面达T8。结果 A组麻醉起效快，麻醉效果满意，无牵拉痛，BP平稳；B组有8例(40%)患者出现麻醉阻滞不全及牵拉痛，血压下降≥30%。结论 CSEA术中麻醉效果满意，用药量小，对血流动力学影响小，是老年患者首选的麻醉方法之一，尤其在经皮穿刺植入125I治疗前列腺癌方面便于操作。
