脑血舒通对实验性脑缺血的保护作用

摘要:目的研究脑血舒通对脑缺血的保护作用。方法电凝大鼠一侧大脑中动脉造成局灶性脑缺血(MCAO),观察脑血舒通对大鼠行为、大脑皮质内脑梗塞区神经细胞数量、尼氏小体含量、脑组织含水量的影响;采用结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉形成急性脑缺血模型,并进行了小鼠常压耐缺氧实验,观察小鼠存活时间。结果脑血舒通33.33,16.67,8.33 mg/kg改善MCAO大鼠行为障碍,可显著增加局灶性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮质内脑梗塞区周围神经细胞数量、神经细胞内尼氏小体含量,降低脑组织含水量,具有显著保护神经细胞的作用。脑血舒通50,33.33,16.67 mg/kg能明显延长结扎双侧颈总动脉小鼠存活时间和小鼠常压下的耐缺氧时间。结论 脑血舒通对实验性脑缺血具有明显保护作用。关键词:脑血舒通; 大鼠; 局灶性脑缺血
Protection Effect of Naoxueshutong Injection on Cerebral Ischemia in rats

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the protection effect of Naoxueshutong injection on cerebral ischemia.MethodsFocal cerebral ischemia was produced by permanent occlusion of the proximal of the right middle cerebral artery(MCA). The neurologic status of each rat was carefully evaluated at 24 h after surgery. The cerebral infarction numbers of neurons and nissls stains ,the water content were measured. Acute incomplete cerebral ischema was induced by ligaturing bilateral carotid arteries. Anoxia was produced by close normobaric hypoxia.ResultsNaoxueshutong injection 33.33,16.67,8.33 mg/kg could obviousely markedly improve the neurologic status ......
