野菊花总黄酮提取工艺的响应面设计优化

     摘要:目的优化野菊花总黄酮提取工艺。方法在分析单因素的基础上,以总黄酮得率为响应值,采用响应面实验设计方法(RSD)对其提取工艺进行研究。结果最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度56.6%,提取温度80℃,液固比为19.6,提取时间为3.2 h,提取1次,该工艺条件可使总黄酮得率达4.64%。结论 该工艺条件可为工业生产提供参考数据。响应面试验设计法可在连续范围内进行分析,优于现在普遍采用的只能分析离散条件的正交实验设计。

    The Optimal Extracting Conditions for Chrysanthemum Indicum L. by Response Surface Design(RSD)

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo examine the procedure for the chemical extraction of the flavonoids in Chrysanthemum indicum L. MethodsThe procedure for the extraction was performed with the recovery yield of flavonoids as the response. Response surface design(RSD) was applied to find the optimum parameters ,which is based on onefactor experiment. ResultsIt was found that the procedure could achieve a good result when the sample was infiltrated with 19.6fold 56.6% ethanolwater solution and mixed around at 80℃ for 3.2 h. The recovery yield of flavonoids got to 4.64% once extraction. ConclusionThe procedure of the extraction can be helpful to the factoryscale production. ......
